First steps to start reporting flights

Follow these simple steps after completing your registration as a pilot:

Download the CrewHub installer: CrewHub ACARS
Copy your unique key the first time you open the CrewHub installer
Inside the CrewHub installer, install the ACARS, and the liveries of this airline.

Where do I get my unique key?

Log in to CrewHub and go to your profile, then open the telecom tab. There you will find your ACARS Crypted Key. You must not share this key with anyone.

Own telephone system

CrewHub has its own telephone system, where each pilot has a number and there is a special line dedicated to VA pilot support.

CrewHub Installer

Application responsible for installing and updating the ACARS and the airline’s liveries.

CrewHub ACARS

Application responsible for flight tracking, downloadable and updatable from the CrewHub installer. The airline’s Staff will notify its pilots whenever updates are released.
