1. OBJECTIVE OF AERO TAXI ESPAÑA
Aero Taxi España aims to provide its members with a professional, structured, and realistic flight simulation environment that faithfully reflects the real operations of the company.
The airline will provide, at no cost, all tools, resources, and services necessary to ensure an operational experience consistent with the organization’s internal standards.
1.1 User Commitment
Registered users must respect and comply with the internal regulations and maintain appropriate conduct across all platforms and services associated with Aero Taxi España.
At Aero Taxi Spain, we do not require exclusivity for our pilots' flights; therefore, each pilot is free to fly with the airlines of their choice. The only commitment we ask is a minimum of 2 flights per month.
All flights must use the call sign that the system assigns to the flight number.

2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Access Requirements
To become a member of Aero Taxi España, the user must:
Be 16 years of age or older.
Have an active IVAO account.
Aero Taxi España will register the new pilot in the Newsky acars system.
Join the Discord server, which is our main communication tool: https://discord.gg/ftVYNZTArS
Provide truthful and up‑to‑date information: Firts and last name, e.mail, birthdate, IVAO VID and Discord user.
Accept all current regulations in full.
2.2 Conduct and Behavior
Members must always maintain a respectful, professional attitude aligned with the company’s values across all communication channels.
Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior that may damage the image of Aero Taxi España will not be tolerated.
2.3 Use of Resources
The tools, documents, logos, liveries, and materials provided by the airline are exclusively for activities related to Aero Taxi España.
Their distribution or modification without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Registration Process
The user will complete the registration form.
Aero Taxi España will register the pilot on their behalf in the Newsky acars system.
The user will receive an email from Newsky (it may go to their spam folder) to confirm their email address, and they must follow the confirmation steps.
The user must search for the VA "Aero Taxi España - ICAO AXU" in the airline search engine integrated into Newsky and join it. We can do this for the user if they indicate this to us through official communication channels.
The user must download the Newsky client app, which is used to monitor and report flights in the VA. The link can be found on the Newsky website.
Once this process is complete, the user will become a pilot for the VA and can begin reporting their flights.
3. OPERATIONS REGULATIONS
3.1 Operational Realism
Aero Taxi España promotes a simulation environment that faithfully reflects the real operations of an air transport airline.
Pilots must:
Follow the procedures published by the company.
Use aircraft approved by the Operations Management.
Maintain professional behavior during flights.
3.2 Flight Planning
Every flight must:
Be registered through the airline’s official system.
Include a coherent and properly structured flight plan.
Respect established routes, altitudes, and procedures.
3.3 Flight Execution
During operations, the pilot must:
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintain a safe and stable operation.
Correctly log the flight in the tracking system.
3.4 Incident Reporting
Any technical, operational, or administrative incident must be reported to Management through official channels.
4. TOURS SYSTEM
4.1 Purpose of the Tours System
The Aero Taxi España Tours System aims to offer pilots structured challenges, encourage route exploration, and promote a varied and motivating operational experience.
Each tour represents a themed itinerary composed of a series of flights that must be completed in order.
4.2 Structure of a Tour
Each tour consists of:
A set of flights defined by the company.
Specific routes designed to reflect real operations or special themes.
Operational conditions that must be met (aircraft, weather, schedules, etc., if applicable).
Flights must be completed in the established order for the tour to be considered valid.
4.3 Medals and Recognition
Upon completing a tour, the pilot will receive an official Aero Taxi España medal, which will be automatically added to their profile.
The medals represent:
Commitment
Consistency
Operational proficiency
Active participation in the airline
Management may create special medals for commemorative tours, events, or specific seasons.
4.4 Tour Validation
For a tour to be considered completed:
All flights must be correctly registered in the system.
All established operational conditions must be met.
Incomplete, cancelled, or irregular flights will not be accepted.
Management reserves the right to review and validate any tour before awarding the corresponding medal.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Data Protection
Aero Taxi España guarantees compliance with current personal data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
The data provided by users (full name, email, birthdate IVAO VID, and Discord username) will be used exclusively for the internal management of the virtual airline and will never be shared with third parties without express consent.
Users may exercise their rights of objection, rectification, or deletion of their data—provided they have formally left the airline—by sending an email to: aerotaxiva@yahoo.com
5.2 Regulation Updates
Aero Taxi España reserves the right to modify or update these regulations whenever deemed necessary.
Changes will be communicated to users through official channels.
5.3 Acceptance of the Regulations
Registration and participation in Aero Taxi España imply full acceptance of this document.
